Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the conditions under which Valtior Advisory, operated by Mélissa Perard as a sole proprietor, provides strategic and financial advisory services.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the provision of strategic and financial advisory services by Valtior Advisory.

2. Services

Valtior Advisory provides advisory services including, in particular:

• financial steering,
• financial structuring,
• strategic support,
• cash optimization,
• performance analysis.

Services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

3. Engagement

Any engagement is subject to prior agreement, whether by quotation, commercial proposal, or written confirmation.

Validation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance of any engagement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• payment is due monthly or according to the agreed schedule,
• payment terms are 7 days,
• late payment penalties apply in accordance with applicable law.

Valtior Advisory reserves the right to suspend any service in the event of non-payment.

5. Client Commitments

The client undertakes to:

• provide accurate and complete information,
• cooperate actively,
• comply with agreed timelines.

Any failure by the client may affect the quality or timing of the services.

6. Liability

Valtior Advisory acts solely in an advisory capacity.

Accordingly:

• no decision is made on behalf of the client,
• Valtior Advisory shall not be liable for the client’s strategic or operational choices.

In all circumstances, liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the relevant engagement.

7. Confidentiality

All information exchanged in the course of an engagement is strictly confidential.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement subject to reasonable notice.

Any services already performed remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
